  I used to like this company, but after a surprise application last fall and another just moments ago I'm annoyed that the only transparency into the "continuos service," they say I signed up for, gets sent out through snail mail. Why would I sign up for service that continues into the following year if I'm mad that they came out in the fall? Their prices are comparable to others, so who cares how much it costs. In less than a year they managed to lose me as a customer. So beware. I don't recommend them and the only reason I'd be calling them again to make sure they don't come on my lawn.
